I'm not ordereing any until the weather cools down. Here in Texas it's 100-110 every day, and I imagine that fish oil sitting in my 140 degree mailbox isn't doing it any good.

    Omega Maine's Omega 3 Oil

I started taking Omega Maine Omega 3 oil within the last year and love it. I noticed energy right away. It's very pure, no fish burp, and highly potent. They claim their fish oil is harvested from smaller fish and are completed free of heavy metals (mercury etc). It seems a little pricey but to get the same potency from capsules you'd be in the same price range. The liquid is so much easier IMO. I have the vanilla flavor and take 1 to 2 tables spoons every morning before work. I stir it into about 1/2 a cup of cold water and chug it down. Does not taste bad at all and never once have I had a fish burp.

Omega Maine's Fish Oil. Highly potent, pure, and never a fish burp. Way better than any capsule IMO.
