I stumbled on an article last night in my last edition of Muscle & Fitness magazine for women and found this website. I am a former sugar "addict".

In February I decided to go cold turkey and eliminate all sugar(s) including alcohol from my diet, because it was killing me.

It was literally the hardest (but most rewarding) thing I've ever done.

On Friday, I decided to tweak my food plan by cutting out my nightly popcorn, because I've been STUCK IN A RUT for months...then I found this website.
