I wanted to share with the Primal community a splurge that I've found that fits into the Primal eating. I found these in a health food store in a small town in Montana; Livingston. They're called RAW WHEAT FREE CRUSTS by Mauk Family Farms.

They're organic, wheat and gluten free. Again, I'll reiterate, they're a splurge, the carb content is not zero. But when all those around me are dining on crackers and bread I have this to turn to for spreading cheese onto.

Nutritional Content: 2 oz serving (quite a bit for me), 210 cal, 15.4 g fat, 10.2 g carb, 7.3 g fiber, 7.6 g protein.

It's a "cracker" made up of a miscellaneous mixture of seeds, herbs with water and salt. It's been quite satisfying for me.
