Thoughts on P90X
I'm a newcomer to the Primal Blueprint, but have been a fitness and health buff since high school. I was wondering how P90X and other high-intensity, 6 day a week workouts fit in to the Blueprint?
There are a ton of P90X threads already, so I would search for them.
Short story: Some people use them to good effect, and they will get you stronger, lose weight, etc. That said, a great many people believe with good reasoning that these programs are severe overtraining and the same results can be gotten for much less effort.
Oh, and forget the diet portion of the program.
