    I am a 66 year old who lives in Woodland WA in the Great Pacific Northwest. I have been on Atkins for the last 4 years and have not been able to reach my goal weight of 190 lbs. I do Tai Chi 4 days a week and walk 30 minutes around my neighborhood at a moderate pace.

    So I am wondering with a goal weight of 190lbs are you currently 195 or something far north of that? Would make a difference in how to get to 190.. IMHO..
    Walking and Tai Chi are great but maybe try to up your weight training?....or start if you are not doing any?..... lift heavy things!...then put them down.. ;-)

    Welcome Tony! I'm 68 and Primal has worked beautifully for me.

    As Littlesigh asked, how far do you have to go to reach 190? Why did you choose that weight?

    What are you eating on Atkins?
