placenta? From which animal?
Most if not all hot sauces use vegetable oils, not mine!
2 7-Jonah superhot peppers with placenta
6Tbs bacon fat
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
8 medium carrots
1/2tsp ghost chili powder (was pretty hot with the Jonah but I wanted more heat)
2Tbs salt
3Tbs apple cider vinegar
The smell-sweet chili aroma with a hint of bacon
The taste-slightly sweet chili flavor with undertones of smoky salty bacon, a great combination!
The heat-smokin! for me it's 7/10. For someone that does not eat hot sauce it's probably at 10

The white membrane within peppers is called the placenta or pith

I just put a couple tbsp on an omelet and it was great! in painful kinda way.
Sounds awesome, gonna try it...Thanks:-)

I like to blanche asparagus then cook it on the griddle in bacon fat. Then I toss it in a bit more. I also use it to coat sweet potato fries then sprinkle with garlic powder.
Isn't most bacon grease through the roof in its omega 6 to 3 ratio? Where do you find grass-fed bacon?
