Hi,
I live in New Hampshire state close to the border of Vermont. And I am aware that there are numerous Organic Farms around this area but the problem is -How to find the best one?
Is anyone aware of any website for searching for a good Organic Farm?
Is there like some sort of Organization of Organic Farmers?
Thanks,
Cmab

Hello from a neighboring Vermonter! Try the NOFA-VT (Northeast Organic Farming Association) site: http://www.nofavt.org/. NOFA-NH doesn't seem to have listings on their site. Local Harvest (see link above, posted by maba) will have lots of listings, including listings of farmer's markets, which will be your best bet. Winter farmer's markets have really taken off in Vermont in the past couple of years. Remember, though, that there are lots of farmers out there using organic methods and producing excellent food who are not certified organic. Certification is expensive, and some people are opting out on moral grounds (certification was a political football when is was established).
