What to look for in fish oil? page

So, living in the middle of nowhere, I rarely get access to good stuff.

I'm going to the big city this weekend, and I want to get some higher quality fish oil than the stuff I'm taking -- I'm just using the Spring Valley stuff, but I feel like it's pretty low quality.

Any ideas on something that's better sourced?
