Strange numbness in finger page

Here is something strange that's happening to me right now. I went grocery shopping, came home, and ate a roasted chicken and macadamia nuts. I have eaten the roasted chicken before with no problem. I haven't eaten macadamia nuts since going all the way primal. However, while eating the chicken and macadamia nuts today my right hand index finger tip became numb. In fact its still numb. It's been about 20min. I googled my symptoms and came up its related to imflamation (and/or nerve damage). Has anyone experienced this before?

Do you have low blood pressure? That sometimes happens to me.

hmmm not horribly low usually. I just get dizzy etc. Maybe I'll see if taking a little salt will help. Thanks for your input.

Did you damage---or just hurt---your elbow? I have surgery coming up in a week to correct a similar problem. Numb fingers plus painful movement of elbow. Very random. Seems I broke my elbow about a year ago and there is a small bone chip floating around in there.
