    Albany NY Primal

    Primal Fuel
    Any primal peeps out there near Albany? I sorta feel like I'm all by myself here. Started in middle of May and have seen some good success but would love to regain focus and really give it more of a go.

    Hi just joined. 18 days primal. I'm in upstate NY. I've been lurking. What a wonderful bunch you all are. I can't wait to learn more.
    I just want to thank everyone who gives tips and advice. I have a deitary background and I knew everything I was taught in college just
    didn't seem right. I just wish it didn't take as long as it did to get unbrain washed
