PETA thrives off negative publicity like foot fungus survives off dirt and sweat. The more you talk about them, the more they show up. Notice how it goes a while without them being in the public spotlight? People get over the nude celebrities, and quirky over-the top ad campaigns, so they have to up the ante. If no one talks about this, it will go away.

and how stupid are the people who are going to be in this porn? there are far better ways of supporting a cause than DOING PORN!! seriously?! like.... just about everything else that you could possibly do. like writing about or something. having a blog dedicated to it. something that will actually involve the possibility of people taking you seriously and which won't require you to debase yourself.

Mixing porn with gory pictures from slaughter houses reminds me of the part in The People VS Larry Flint where Larry decides to mix porn and religion. Maybe they need to go back and watch it again because it didn't work very well for Larry.

Hmmm, I think if I wanted to look at some porn, I'd go to one of the 29082039820382 sites where I wouldn't also have to look at animals in various stages of slaughter. With the exception of teenage boys, who might be fascinated with both, I don't see this having a lot of appeal.
