    7.5 hours of sleep. Breakfast was coffee with a smidgen of Strauss half and half and about 1/4 of a whole orange worth of samples at the farmers' market. Bought a pork shoulder for $8/lb. Ouch on my wallet. This better taste good...

    Went on a 7-mile hike for 3 hours. Went to Costco and sampled some Kerrygold cheese. Went to Sprouts and sampled some chocolate covered coffee beans. Came home and ate dinner: young Thai coconut, a pear, 1 lb steamed bass with ginger and scallion, 1 lb sauteed onion potato with rosemary, and 3/4 lb farmers' market swiss chard. Also had 3 oz of unsweetened chocolate.

    Went to a party and ate about 3oz of raw chocolate. And some red wine. Came home and ate 2 pears because felt sick from the fat in the chocolate. Going to have weird ass dreams tonight... Calories 2350.

    Edit: forgot the corned beef I ate. Calories 2450.

    BTW - my TTOM ended yesterday and I weighed myself - 153 lbs. Considering my clothes are the same size....I LOST MUSCLE

    5 hours of sleep? I think I ate too much chocolate at night and had problems getting to sleep. Nevertheless, woke up at 8-ish in the morning, and cleaned the house before heading to the farmer's market again to buy Asian vegetables. Sampled about half an orange worth of food and then bought a coffee before church. After church, went to the gym and did the following workout:

    Hang power snatch: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3x3
    Hang power clean: 55x5, 65x3x3
    Deadlift to shrug: 75x3, 105x3, 125x3, 145x3
    Power press: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x3x3
    Front squat: 75x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5
    Overhead squat: 45x3x5

    Without the 5lb less problem like on Friday XD Lunch/dinner was: 1.8 lbs oxtail (that's maybe .9 lbs meat?) with onions, potato-rosemary-onion saute with some of the oxtail fat, steamed mustard greens, 2 Asian pears, 1 lb frozen blueberries, a G&B's espresso chocolate bar, and an unsweetened Ghirardelli square. Calories 2900.

    I totally cannot wait to break into the other greens that I bought from the farmer's market. I still have 2 bunches of rainbow chard, 1 bunch fenugreek, 1/2 bunch mustard greens, 1 bunch bok choy, and about 1/2 a large head of napa. Yay!

    Monday:

    8.5 hours of sleep. Fasted through breakfast and had Ethiopian lamb on injera bread after ~13 hours. Snacked on a milk chocolate bar and some chocolate covered peanuts and a coffee with half and half. Dinner was a bunch of zucchini, broccoli, and sweet potato. Went out for some warm rose tea. Came home and drank leftover oxtail soup. Calories 1800. Walked about a mile during the day.

    7 hours of sleep. Woke up TIRED. And bloated, probably due to the saltiness of the Ethiopian food. Breakfast was coffee with cream and a small chocolate with espresso beans. Lunch was pork shoulder with Asian pear, onions, and rosemary and 1 lb red chard. Had another coffee with cream. Walked about 3 miles. Had 2 oz of chocolate mints. Gym:

    Hang power snatch: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3x3
    Hang power clean: 55x5, 65x3x3
    Deadlift to shrug: 75x3, 105x3, 125x3, 145x3
    Deadlift: 205x2
    Power press: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x3
    Front squat: 75x5, 95x5, 120x5, 140x5
    Overhead squat: 45x3x5
    Bench press: 45x10, 65x8

    I'm pretty sure the form coming back down for power press and hang snatches and cleans is messing up my RC again. Going to research that.

    Dinner was 3/4 lb bass, 1 lb potatoes, onions, and fenugreek, and 3/4 lb mustard greens. Finished with an Asian pear and a lb of wild blueberries. Calories 2900.

    8 hours of sleep. Felt like TOTAL shit and not well-rested. Breakfast was the apple-pork-onion because I just felt like it. I took off SO much fat on the top, like 3 Tbsp worth. Because I wanted to eat it cold, which was also a mistake. Had a coffee with cream in the afternoon after 3 miles of walking. Purchased a kombucha bottle and ate 4 oz of cocoa beans. Came home and ate an egg white chard omelette (I bought conventional eggs and figured it wasn't worth eating the yolks) and steamed swiss chard and 2 lb of kabocha squash. Then ate a G&B's milk chocolate with almonds bar. Calories 3250.

    Oddly, did not feel that nauseous. BUT SO MANY CALORIES FROM FAT. O_o

    7.5 hours of sleep. Felt still unrested. Ate some cacao beans and had some coffee with cream in the morning. Lunch was lamb neck sukiyaki with 3/4 lb lamb, 1 lb napa, and 1 lb konnyaku. Had another coffee with cream and a chocolate. Walked about 2.5 miles. Gym.

    7.5 hours of sleep. Still sleepy. Fasted all morning. Had some coffee with cream for lunch. Walked 2.5 miles. Had a cider post-work, about 20 hour "fast" in. Came home and had some lamb kidneys sauteed in butter, 1 lb steamed bok choy, and 1 lb potato and onion. Calories 2050.

    6.5 hours of sleep. Went to the farmer's market and sampled a few oranges and a date. No more apples Bought 30 pastured eggs for $6! Was quite a steal! Definitely going to this specific one in the future. Came home and ate 2 Asian pears and half a milk chocolate Dagoba bar.

    Went to the gym with a friend and did a few things before my knee started hurting (mainly from wearing heals on Friday):

    Hang power snatch: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3x5
    Hang power clean: 55x5
    Front squat: 55x5, 95x5, 115x5
    Power press: 45x5, 65x5

    Ate some pork belly, ~3/4 lb chopped liver made with the pork belly, kale chips, 2/3 dry cup of white rice, and the rest of the chocolate bar. Dinner was ~3/4 lb pork belly and the last pear. Pretty full and borderline nauseous. Calories 3350.

    9 hours of sleep. For sure I felt sick. Luckily, the night before I took some VC yin qiao pian.

    Morning walk to the coffee shop 1.5 miles away and had a coffee while reading some stuff for work. Walked back and went to Church. Had some orange chia date squares at Whole Foods. Came home and ate my remaining pork belly. Fried up some napa cabbage to follow. Walked a mile to Ross and bought some clothes (was so sad about not being able to buy the bamboo workout pants because they had weird proportions!). Had a kombucha. Dinner was 1 lb steamed bass, a little bit of the leftover chopped liver, steamed pea shoots, and about an ounce of unsweetened baking chocolate. Calories 2450.
