    7.5 hours of sleep. Breakfast was a cup of black tea, and then coffee with cream. Lunch was 1/2 lb roast chicken and roasted veggies and a few organic mixed greens. Also had another coffee with cream. Walked about 3 miles. Dinner was 1/4 lb pork rib, 1 lb steamed bass with ginger and green onion and 2 lb kabocha squash. Also a small spoonful of honey. Calories 1600.

    8 hours of sleep. 3 duck eggs for breakfast. Lamb and seaweed soup for lunch, then went out for a few chocolates and coffee with cream. Walked about 2.5 miles. Ate a few chocolate covered cashews. They definitely are the culprit for why I am congested... Dinner was lamb heart, 1 lb chard with lemon juice, and 2 pears. Ate a macaron right before sleeping. Calories 1750.

    6 hours of sleep? Can't tell because I was so excited and couldn't go to sleep. Morning, had a coffee from Four Barrel and a coconut panna cotta. Then had 2 scoops of delicious ice cream before heading toward a restaurant, where I had soup, arepa, fish salad, polenta, and yogurt dessert. Another 2 scoops of ice cream after that. Went to weightlifting with a coach:

    Hang power snatch: 33x5, 44x5, 55x3x3
    Hang power clean: 55x5, 66x3x3
    Deadlift to shrug: 77x3, 99x3, 121x3, 143x3
    Power press: 44x5, 55x5, 66x3, 72x3x3
    Front squat: 66x5, 88x5, 99x5, 110x5
    Overhead squat: 33x5, 44x3x5
    Bench press: 44x10, 55x7, 66x5

    Dinner was 1 lb bass, 1 lb potato and onion, and 1 lb steamed napa cabbage with standard dressing. Calories about 3050.

    7.5 hours of sleep. Breakfast was some fruit samples at the farmer's market and some coffee. FINALLY found an Asian farmer who grows gailan and mustard greens for good prices! Lunch was a Five Guys protein burger (ugh! so disgusting to eat, honestly), and a package of Chinese hickory nuts. Finished weeding completely my garden. Got stabbed multiple times by my aloe plant. Ran 1.25 miles. Dinner was a fish, some chicken and duck eggs, steamed pea shoots, potato-onion saute, and pumpkin-coconut milk blend. Calories 3050.

    7 hours of sleep. Wondering if my lack of sleep and overall tiredness and stress-out-ness contributed to my poor diet choices today.

    Breakfast was nothing. Lunch was 3oz chicken breast (from a cabbage salad), almost 1 lb pork liver with ginger and soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, 1 small tin chocolate covered nibs, and some steamed Chinese broccoli. Walked 2.5 miles. Dinner was a whole bar of chocolate covered nibs, 4 pastured duck eggs, 3 pastured chicken eggs, a bunch of coconut flakes, and sauteed the 5 cups of cabbage salad from lunch. Calories 2900.

    Breakfast was Starbucks vintage coffee (meh). Lunch was small pickings of an Italian salad and some mussels. Snuck in a small chocolate and coffee with cream from the chocolatier. Then proceeded to eat my actual lunch, pork trotter, with some Chinese broccoli. Walked maybe a mile. Gym:

    Hang power snatch: 45x5, 55x3x3
    Hang power clean: 55x5, 65x3x3
    Deadlift to shrug: 75x3, 100x3, 120x3, 145x3
    Power press: 45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x3x3
    Front squat: 65x5, 90x5, 100x5, 110x5
    Overhead squat: 44x3x5
    Bench press: 35x13, 55x7, 70x5

    Came out with a sweat. Wayyyy sweatier than my other strength workouts. I appreciate the plyometrics involved that heat me up and make me tired

    Dinner was 1 lb bass, 1 lb potato and onion saute with rosemary, steamed pea shoots, 3 pears, and a young Thai coconut. Calories 1900.

    I am becoming slightly disgusted by the rising amount of herd mentality around me. I thought I could escape it using these forums, but sometimes I feel like it's running the other way.

    8 hours of sleep (Tuesday was 7). Lunch was pork-pear-onion-rosemary crockpotted. Walked 2.5 miles. Snacked on some chocolate. Dinner was egg and tomato soup and 1 cup sprouted mung beans blended with coconut cream. Calories 2250.

    8 hours of sleep. Felt sleep deprived the entire day, but must have been because of breakfast. Breakfast was 2 poached eggs, commercial breakfast sausage and commercial breakfast potato. Lunch was leftover pork-pear-onion-rosemary crockpotted and some coffee with cream and a small chocolate. Ate some mustard greens, young Thai coconut and boiled eggs prior to a company event. Ate a hot dog there without the bun and some white wine. Came back and gorged on 3oz unsweetened chocolate, a pear, some honey, and my last 2 pastured duck/chicken eggs. Walked 2.5 miles during the day. Calories 2650.
