    By the way, my new doctor's pretty paleo, I think....she advocates getting a lot of calcium, but when I asked her the question, "what kind of diet would you prescribe to a person in order to become healthy?", she answered "a lot of fruits and vegetables...meats too...but mostly vegetables " Awesome.

    Its wonderful having a doctor who is on the same page Mine is also paleo - she even does crossfit and encourages me to join also.

    YES, especially when health comes down to more prevention than treatment, if anything. It would be cool if mine does crossfit too, but baby steps!

    Thursday:

    8 hours of sleep. Breakfast was bone broth, coconut oil, kimchi, and the rest of the peanut butter cups. Lunch was some lamb and arugula. 2 miles walk. Gym.

    Squat: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 160x3x5
    OHP: 45x1x5, 65x1x5, 70x3x5
    Deadlift: 135x1x5, 185x1x5, 225x1x2

    Dinner was 1/2 lb sweet potato, 1 lb shrimp, 2 eggs, cabbage salad with 4 oz almonds, and a tbsp of honey. Calories 3200.

    Friday:

    7 hours of sleep. Breakfast with bone broth, coconut oil, kimchi, and like 100g sugar worth of ginger chews. :\ I was practically ready to kill for some food during lunch, and I remembered why I eat Primally. Walked for 2 miles. Lunch was some greens with roasted butternut squash with maple syrup and some turkey meatloaf with potatoes. Dinner was tomato and egg soup, sweet potatoes, and some sheep milk cheese from Spain. Then I ate an entire Lindt chocolate bar................good thing my friend called me up to check up on me and invited me to the movies. Probably would have made a trip to TJs and bought a bunch of chocolate covered whatever goodies. My calories were limited to 2400.

    Actually I'm thinking about jumping on the potato bandwagon. I know it sounds retarded, but my freezer is emptying up, most meats can't be gotten fresh anymore, and I am fed up with either feeling lack of desire to eat and bingeing on sweets/chocolates when I do decide to eat. It would be soooo easy if I just ate potatoes/sweet potatoes for a week. And my grocery bill would be so cheap Plus I need to use up all this random protein powder (L-glutamine, BCAA) in my pantry....

    Weather has been FREEZING. My skin has been really dry, and I don't know if it's because of the biting cold or because of my sugar binges. I will be off added sugar for the next 2 weeks...

    5 hours of sleep. Breakfast of bone broth, sauerkraut, and shredded coconut. Went hiking for 2.5 hours. Lunch was 1 lb grass-fed ground beef with 1 lb red cabbage and a large sweet potato. Went out again and walked around getting groceries. Dinner was pollock and kale simmered in coconut milk with some ginger. And about a quarter pound of chocolate chips....Calories 3350.

    7.5 hours of sleep. Woke up at around 7 automatically and couldn't go back to sleep. Had bone broth, sauerkraut, and shredded coconut. Went out for a bit and slept in my car for half an hour after I realized I was really tired. Came home energized and not necessarily hungry, but ate the 1 lb of lamb neck and the rest of the pollock and kale simmered in coconut milk. And then some chocolate chips of about a third pound......calories 3500.

    10 hours of sleep. Breakfast was bone broth, kimchi, some shredded coconut, and the rest of the chocolate chips. Then had a napa cabbage salad with olive oil replacing the almonds. Biked to the gym.

    Deadlifts: 135x1x5, 185x1x5, 225x1x1, 245x1x1, failed at 255x1x1

    Dinner ended at 6:30pm, was 1 lb wild boar meat, 1.5 lb sweet potatoes, and tomato and egg soup. Calories 2600.

    8 hours of sleep. 12 hour fast. Breakfast was bone broth. Lunch was 1 lb really fatty grass-fed ground beef patties with seaweed in soup. Took a walk of 2 miles. Dinner was a large napa cabbage salad with macadamias and olive oil, a can of sardines, and a bunch of cacao nibs and coconut flakes. Calories 2700.

    In other news, my stools are hard Like to the point where it hurts and the crack hurts I think I may either need to decrease the amount of cabbage or mineral water I am drinking. T_T Since I am drinking 1.5L a day.
