Couldn't sleep well and kept tossing and turning. Probably had about 4 hours of real sleep. Hence I was extremely sore when waking up. Might be sick? Naps during the day equated to about 3 hours.
Lunch was a shitton of rice. Sticky rice with shiitake and Chinese sausage. Mochi with mugwort (with butter and vegetable oil..thanks mom!). Soup that contained salted pork, shrimp, and bamboo. Same thing for dinner, except in smaller quantities. If I had to estimate generously on all the crap I ate, it would probably be 1750 calories.
Edit: oh, yeah, forgot the mango I ate. 1850 calories.

I'm thinking about incorporating a lot more pork into my diet rather than constantly eating beef. I'm not going to find any yaks in the area, but my ancestors also ate mainly pork as meat....

STILL SO SORE. Spent breakfast eating a crapton of stuff including lamb and beef meat, salmon, bamboo, rice cakes with vegetable oil (thanks mom!), some chocolates, pecans and papayas. Dinner was salmon, some rice, and some vegetables. Calories 2200.

Been seriously considering the way my culture eats, and how serious the fact that I don't take sleep seriously. I'm thinking about drinking bone broth in the morning while making lunch, eating a large meat-filled lunch, and coming home and eating either nothing or fish and vegetables, because they're easier to digest than steak. If I am IFing, lunch will be the focal meal, and if I go to the gym at night, I can extend the fast or eat a buttload of shrimp or something. And most importantly, I'll be in bed by 10.

I like how I came to this conclusion being fed Chinese food from mom, who is using tofu, canned mushrooms, vegetable oil, sugar, and soy sauce in everything. Sigh....

Morning hike for about an hour and a half. Walked 5-10 min to the gym and back. Did the following:
Front squat: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 115x1x5
Bench press: 45x1x5, 95x3x5
Snatch: 45x2x5 (NO CLIPS DAMMIT)
I could tell I was a bit tired from the hike, so didn't want to push too hard.
Lunch after the 16 hour fast was some coffee, 3/4 lb lamb leg and some soup, some bok choy, and 3/4 lb sweet potato. Dinner was shrimp and egg with tomato, sauteed sweet potato greens, sauteed luffa squash, and some sweet potato. Calories 1100.

Strolled for about 2 hours the entire day. Everything sore, but not as much as on Tuesday/Wednesday. Brunch was 3/4 lb sweet potato, 1 lb salmon, kimchi, papaya, and some cabbage. Dinner was 3/4 lb shrimp, 1/4 lb sweet potato, some okra, some sauteed spinach, and some rice cake. Veg oil up the a-hole. Calories 2250.
Edit: Nevermind. I had a bunch of fruit. Calories 2500.

Ate a few macadamias and abalone and honey at the farmer's market. Then hiked for an hour in the mid-morning. Drank a smoothie with lots of tropical fruits. Came home and ate about 3/4 lb of lamb meat, some kimchi, and bok choy. Snacked on pecans, papayas, and some mochi. Dinner was a shitton of cabbage and bamboo soup, some eggs, some chicken soup, and more kimchi. Calories 2050.

Slept about 7-8 hours. Brunch was a bunch of sticky rice, shrimp, and lamb meat. Dinner was 3 eggs, kimchi, 3 oz of almonds, and some coconut flour. Exercise was nearly 0. Calories 2300.

Slept about 6 hours. After 12 hour fast, lunch was coffee with cream. Gym:
Deadlifts: 135x1x5, 195x1x5, 225x1x5, 185x1x5
OHP: 45x1x5, 65x1x5, 70x3x5
Front squat: 45x1x5, 105x1x2, 95x1x5
Went to sleep shortly thereafter. Calories 300.
