    Saturday:

    Walked about 8.5 miles to the farmer's market. Lunch was some stone fruit, and dinner was barbecue beef liver and onions with rice. And some oxtail. And some alcohol. Calories around 1800.

    Sunday:

    Walked a little bit today. Brunch was leftover oxtail, a plum, and 12 oz of sprouted almonds. Dinner was about 1.5lbs of various fall fruit, honey, and bacon and eggs. And some gummies. Total calories around 3600.

    Monday:

    Fast. Planning on breaking it on Tuesday for dinner, making the fast around 42 hours.

    Gym:

    Squats: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 160x3x5
    Bench: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 105x2x2, 105x1x1, 100x1x4, 100x1x1, 100x2x2, 100x1x1
    Snatch: 45x1x5, 65x3x5

    Experimented by drinking half a lime juiced into some pink salt water. WOW. No dizziness at all. I am liking this new discovery.

    Tuesday:

    Come home at the 41 hour fast mark (still not hungry!) and ate a shitton of stuff. Had: 2 tins sardines, 3/4 lb sweet potato, 3/4 lb pollock covered in egg/rice flour fried in coconut oil, some soft-boiled eggs, a chocolate bar, some coconut flour, some honey, and some carrots. Total calories 2850. Could have stopped after the sweet potato, but felt that I should try to increase my metabolism. I'm so warm now despite the temperature being the same as yesterday

    However, I have noticed that the fat around my waist has increased. My size 10 pants have become just right again. It's definitely the added stress, since my total calorie intake has definitely lowered since 2 months ago, and I'm actually exercising more (commute now is either a 4 mile walk or a 90 minute bike ride both ways) ARGH, either have to downregulate my heartbeat when riding my bike, or get more sleep. I can't get away with 6 hours of sleep/night anymore...

    I've also added a few pieces of kimchi/night for increased gut flora action, but I don't know how helpful that is considering I'm at the chronic stress mark now...

    Although in hindsight, because of the increased stress, I am snacking more on chocolate and cheese and drinking coffee again (which I found to be detrimental to my bloating problem) with cream. I should try to stop that and see if there are improvements.

    Wednesday:

    Had a rough day towards the end. Lunch was some coffee with cream, some raw cacao nibs, and a pat of butter. Biked for about 2 hours at a moderate-moderately high pace throughout the day. Went to gym, which SUCKED:

    Squats: 45x1x5, 135x1x5, 160x1x5, 160x1x4, 160x1x1, 160x1x3, 160x1x2
    OHP: 45x1x5, 65x1x5, 70x3x5
    Deadlifts: 135x1x5, failed @ 225x1x5 and too tired to do more.

    Dinner was pollock in egg/rice flour batter, a can of sardines, a carrot, 3/4 lb sweet potato, and some honey. Came out to roughly 2200 calories.

    Walked around for 5 miles. Very high stress levels from work. Lunch/snack were 2 cups of coffee with cream. Dinner was an assorted collection of samples of different ice cream flavors, different chocolates, salads, chili, and paella. Also 2 cans of sardines and a bunch of cacao nibs. And carrots because I didn't eat any vegetables. Calories 2000.

    SLEEP DEPRIVED since I had 4 hours of sleep on Wednesday night and 6 hours Thursday night. Walked around a total of 3 miles. Had coffee with cream, chicken, shrimp, salad greens, dried fruit, and a bar of chocolate for lunch. Dinner was a can of sardines and some carrots and kimchi. Calories 1800.

    8 hours of sleep was divine... Spent the morning strolling for an hour. Lunch was 1/2 rotisserie chicken, some carrots, and a little rice. Sprinted a little bit in the evening. Dinner was 1/2 lb of goat gouda. Edit: calories 1900.

    9.5 hours of sleep!! A little bit sore from the sprints. Lunch was salmon sushi and gelato. Dinner was 3/4 lb ground beef with a bunch of kale, a large sweet potato (3/4 lb?), chicken broth, and 6 oz goat cheese. Exercise was strolling for maybe half an hour. Calories 2900.

    Ugh, 4.5 hours of sleep. Sore from sprints. Lunch was some bulletproof coffee with about a Tbsp butter. Snack was some brazilnuts before the gym. Biked around for 2 hours before hitting the gym. gym SUCKED:

    Squats: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 160 FAIL, 140x3x5
    Bench: 45x1x5, 95x2x5, 100x3x1, 100x1x1, 100x1x1, 95x1x5

    Didn't even bother with snatches because my legs were shot (obviously) and I didn't want to make things worse.

    Dinner was 1 lb chicken liver cooked in butter with onions and balsamic, Asian napa cabbage salad with almonds, and 1 lb sweet potato. Also dove into some kimchi since I hadn't had it in a while. Calories 2000 and I literally could not eat any more. Having a depressed metabolism sucks.

    I just had the most satisfying crap ever. I was starting to get hard stools in the last few days, but after that kimchi, things wooshed right on through. Love probiotics! Will make a note to eat them more often.
