Saturday:
About 3 miles of walking throughout the entire day. Food included a shitton of meat and tongue, a shitton of crab smothered with msg, and a shitton of fruit to try and flush out the thirsty feeling. And some wine.

Sunday:
First thing in the morning, I walked for about 14 miles to the farmer's market and back home. At the market I ate about 2 peaches and 2 dates. When I got back, I ate 6 boiled eggs and a pound of shrimp scrambled with 6 eggs. I then ate 1/3 lb figs, a nectarine, 3/4 lb grapes, 1 lb sweet potato, and an oz of sunflower seeds. I was getting really terrible cravings that the L-glutamine didn't help with, so I went to the store and bought almost 1/2 lb of chocolate covered nuts and 1/2 lb goat cheese, and ate all of it. Total calories: 4800.
I am almost 100% positive now that my cravings were exacerbated by all the fruit. I think I will have to cut them out, FOR SURE now. They are not filling, and just cause me to overeat, if I look down the recent trends.

I am so excited about the pastured eggs. I'm getting it from this guy who owns like 20 of them in his backyard and other people's backyards. He seems to care so much about them, and feeds them mostly seeds, some grains like oats, and random produce that goes on sale at the store since they've already obliterated his vegetable garden. He has eggs coming out the ears and doesn't know how to get rid of them, so I am glad that I am helping him to feed his beloved chickens, at $4/dozen.
They are absolutely delicious as well. Even better than the farmers' market pastured eggs.
