100 push-up challenge page

I've decided to start the 100 push-up challenge today after finding it on this thread:

you know i have told myself that i woudl do this and i keep not doing this. Pushups were never something i coudl do and it was a great shame for me, imagine a 10 year old boy unable to do 5 pushups.

I will commit. this will probably be the only way i can be accountable to try.

Great! Happy to have company! By the way, I did the first day just a bit ago and it took less than 10 minutes.

Doesn't matter if it takes 6 weeks 6 month or 6 years.

Day 1 Down! I started at level one since I could only do 2 pushups for the initial assessment. Today's total was 15 done in 5 sets!

I have started and stopped the 100 pushup challenge 3 or 4 times now. I can do 15-20 now whereas I could only do about 6 when I started the first time. Anyway. I am in.

If you can do 100 wall push ups, why not attempt to do a few on the floor? I'm doing the first round on my knees. I have wet noodle muscles.

Awesome! It doesn't take much time at all. It's just finding the motivation to do it. At least in my case.
