Just curious if anybody here had better answers than the web in general. Can't find much.

Fat soluble vitamins. Vitamin K2 is especially present in the fats of grass-fed animals
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

Grass-fed beef has CLA in the fat which is very good. I try to only eat GF beef anymore, but it costs a lot.

All feed-types of beef-fat contain significant amounts of CLA.
