    A ‘basic’ paleo/primal/archevore survey - please answer 5 questions

Hi, I made a completely anonymous survey (with results instantly visible), it's very simple with 5 questions. Nothing like the in depth one done earlier this year. The questions are mainly to satisfy my own curiosity, of things I have been thinking about, but I think they will interest others as well. They are different from the Paleo survey questions.

    The questions are.

    1. What is your level of "compliance" in your paleo/primal/archevore diet?

Example answers: (there are 10 choices)

Strict autoimmune - no grains, legumes, dairy, nightshades.........

Fairly adherent - little rice/corn etc, no legumes, no dairy.........

Loosely adherent - some grains , some legumes, some dairy...............

    2. Grass fed.

    3. Animal protein sources for you.

    4. Grains - which one are OK to eat.

    5. Your envisioned life expectancy.

    Survey is here:

    Thank you!
Fear of the unknown...They are afraid of new ideas. they are loaded with prejudices, not based upon anything in reality, but based on… if something is new, I reject it immediately because it’s frightening to me. What they do instead is just stay with the familiar.

36 respondents and some interesting trends. 14 more people and that will be 50 people - a good spread.
