weird day today, a few things came up that sort of messed with my plans. That is a good thing because I saw that I can do this on the fly.
B: my mocha, 2 eggs, 2 sausages -6am
L: left over beef, oil and vinegar jarlsberg, 2 chocolate/coconut oil bite-too hungry to go to the grocery before I ate, so I didn't have an avocado-12:30
D: salad, bacon, flax seed, oil and vinegar, celery and almond butter. had a meeting I forgot about. ate at 8:00
I am going to stop putting my ticker on my signature, the sight is acting up though and won't let me take it off. I will try again tomorrow.
