    I get about 16-20 hours going from my UD to my DD. Probably 14-16 going from an UD to a DD. But, I don't really try that hard at it. If I'm hungry on an UD or have meetings all day, I eat.

    If I'm not in the "right" mental place, I don't do well either. Today I have to be on guard - that bounce up after continued "good" behavior can be a bad place for me to be - even if I know, logically, that these bounces are normal.

    I have to continually remind myself that the numbers are data points and work hard to keep all emotion out of it, especially doing uddd!

    Since any calories ingested is breaking a fast, the tea that I drink first thing breaks the fast.

    See the hardest part for me is not so much keeping myself unemotional about it but keeping myself from tweaking at every up turn of the numbers! That is actually why I had to step off the scale for a while.

    It's the tweaking. I'm sitting here wanting to tweak...thinking of my next tweak...knowing that I should give this 2 more weeks.

    Ruth, you definitely need to wait, you have moved out of a plateau so you need to give it time. Karin and I are just getting started and I don't think we can expect results just yet, so we need to be strong for each other and hold ourselves to the path for at least a month.

    yup. Like you Chris, The past couple days I am "feeling" it out but expect to be "officially" tracking April 1st. Easter is an UP day for me
