yes, I think about the same, some of the shiratki can use soy though, which I try to avoid.
Breakfast was a drink of the matcha powder with a cup each of the homemade coconut milk and homemade almond milk.
Lunch will be bouillon with butter (I froze my bone broth before I left for Tx, and didn't bother to thaw it since I am going to OH)
Dinner will hopefully be the noodles with broccoli and what ever kind of sauce I can come up with given the calories I have left. If the noodles don't come, then it may be chicken or leftover salmon.
I work today (and it is snowing, I may have to go in late to wait for the temps to get above freezing), and I plan to take two 50oz bottles of water with ACV (and stevia). That should keep me occupied and full till I get home.
