You can tweak them some. Go to "Goals" (next to "Home"), then "Change Goals", then "Custom". For me, the problem is that I can't get it to give 20 g carbs. Grrrr.

I am at 21 carbs..
I just ignore their goals because they add to them when the fitbit syncs anyway. I just know my numbers...1700/35/140/70
A little bit of tweaking before I ate dinner allowed my macros to come pretty darn close to in line!

I think I'm pretty good on mine. Low on protein, but that was on purpose for the next day or two to see if I could get the appetite suppression of the fat![]()
it amazing how the visual of the journal helps to impact what you can eat for the next meal.. yeah ok.. there is a benefit of journaling, I still dont like it LOL oh pass the bacon!
It helps me a lot. While I have a decent idea of calories, I have NO idea of protein load (and, sometimes I'm off on calories, though journaling is helping me get better).
