Yes. My morning fruit is a navel orange which has about the same number of carbs as the blueberries (each have 18), strawberries are a bit lower with 13. I seem to remember that raspberries are closer to the strawberries. I could just do half a cup of the blueberries in the morning and do the strawberries for the afternoon and that would bring it down below the 100 mark. The smoothies are definitely better with a bit of the fruit.
