    Crossfit Vs. Zumba

    goal: my only goal right now is to get pregnant... 14 cycles and counting.

    zumba = cardio, and crossfit = strength/agility/endurance training. you can't really make a comparison. I like to dance so I would enjoy the zumba class more (and I've been to a few, and have enjoyed them), but that doesn't mean I think I need to be drinking soy lattes or that I can eschew strength training.

    I can't remember which one of those videos it was, but there is a similar one where one dude says, "I ate some peanuts instead of almonds and now I'm no longer 100% Paleo. (big frownie face) Because of it, now it will be months before I meet my fitness goal." BWAHAHAHA.....

    Zumba is my "Play" and I would love to do Crossfit someday soon. This was a very fun watch.

    Okay that had me rolling on the floor laughing. I love Zumba and I don't ever think I'll do Crossfit (I get tired just watching the videos of it) but that was funny as hell "My Zumba instructor's name is Fran, does she teach at Crossfit too?". It's a different workout for a different crowd and yes, I do sometimes get blisters. Does that make me a badass too?
