    Primal Fuel

So I just finished reading The Paleo Diet and the Primal Blueprint. Mark says Canola is bad, Loren says Canola is in the top 3 best oils.

What is your experience and take on this?

Coconut oil and palm oil are the best oils for cooking because they are high in saturated fat and low in polyunsaturated fat. Butter and lard are also healthy to cook with. Olive oil is good too but not for cooking. Olive oil should be used less than coconut, palm oil, lard, and butter because it is high in polyunsaturated fats. Vegetable oils like canola oil cause cancer.

Bad. Not quite as bad as sunflower oil, but still bad.

Cordain had the right idea but made a few big mistakes, particularly when it comes to fat choices.
