    Red face newbie

    I am on my 2nd day and so far so good. the only problem is breakfast. I used to have bagel with cream cheese or toast or hot cereal which are all nono know. I need some ideas. for the 2 breakie I have been having some eggs. (lucky me I am a chef and know 101 ways to cook them. lol).

    Please share your egg-methods! Bacon & eggs are the classic breakfast, but really, don't limit yourself to typical breakfast foods. A lot of people do leftovers, some people make steak, some people do protein shakes, some people fast!

    Yep yep. I love leftovers for breakfast. For more traditional breakfasts, Mark has a few pancake recipes posted around the site made with almond or coconut flour, and there's also this Oat-Free Oatmeal | Mark's Daily Apple

    Yes, share your egg ideas, because I'm getting REALLY tired of scrambled eggs with whatever leftover meat and veggies are in the fridge. I keep telling myself I can just eat other leftovers, but I don't really want cold food in the morning, so I end up making eggs again.

    I'm new this week too. I made egg "muffins" with spinach and sausage. Then I have done the high protein smoothie, and one day I broke down and made coconut flour pancakes :/ Best of luck!

    well there is the famous egg benedict (poach egg with hollandaise sauce served with smoked salmon without the english muffin), egg in a tin (cupcake pan line with slice ham thin and egg on top and a touch of cream), not sure if both are ok.

    What do I have for breakfast?

    -chicken thighs
    -chicken breasts
    -pork chops
    -slow-cooked stew meat
    -pulled pork
    -asparagus
    -broccoli
    -spinach
    -steak
    -bacon
    -avocado
    -coffee
    -fruit (berries or half a kiwi...occasionally)
    -coconut milk
    -coconut flour pancakes(occasionally)
    -and if I really feel like it, sometimes I'll have some eggs
