Do not allow yourself to become wrapped up in a food 'lifestyle'. That is ego, and you are not that.

    Greetings, all.

I have found my way here after watching a BBC documentary The Men Who Made Us Fat, which mentions the disagreement between Yudkin and his American counterpart, nutritionist Ancel Keys. Keys' position was that it was fat that was making us fat; Yudkin's position was that it was sugar. We know who won that argument.

The programme begins by looking at the growth of the grain industry, in the US; leading on to the promotion of HFCS. Many of the forum users will find nothing new in the discussion, but the commissioning and airing of such a documentary by a national broadcaster...

A pre-view of the programme Why our food is making us fat | Business | The Guardian

The 3rd link, to the book download, appears to be working.

    peace

Nope have gone to the dark side; agree with Ray Peat, think sugar is OK.
