    Weight maintenance strategies.

I'm down to where I like me. 170 and muscular at 5'9". Now for the big question. Do I need to reintroduce some starchy carbs like sweet potato, or can I just increase my fat intake to stop weight loss? Clearly I'll be staying fit with sprinting, climbing trees, pushups, etc. But dietarily, do I need starches for the sake of starches, or are the green veggies enough?

I would introduce starches to get some more variety and 24 hour fasts once per week.

Track calorie intake against weight. Gain weight, less food, lose weight, more food. Not overly hard. There is zero reason to change what you currently eat. Eat more of what you currently eat or eat less. When you introduce new foods you have to figure it all out again

Well, there they are. Both sides of the coin. I'll increase my food intake slightly, and maybe scatter in a bit of sweet potato every few days.
