I need some networking help page

So I am trying to do some port forewarding, but our SBG6580 is making it very difficult. The DHCP is assigning IP addresses like 66.61.80.5, when everything is set up to use 192.168.0.xxx. So how do I get things into 192 form like they are supposed to be, or do I need a new modem, or bridge to a router?

If your router dhcp pool is set within the 192.x.x.x range then it looks like the wireless connection is connecting to a public wifi like btopenzone.
Try viewing wireless connections and make sure you are connecting to the correct ssid.
It looks like you are connecting to a router with some sort of tunnel going to a wifi provider for dns and dhcp.
