hi guys just would like a little help. started lifting again so starting from scratch on a strong lifts sort of program.
im 5ft 10.5 inches
roughly 12 - 13 % body fat
so im fairly active walk a lot swim sometimes resistance training 3 days a week and hopefully starting gymnastics one day a week. so basicly should i eat loads etc etc
basically most of the food on my fit day log was when i wasn't training and didn't notice any fat gain really i think and the scales have stayed the same.
goal is to increase strength, body comp and health longevity and wouldnt mind some advice for eating on my off days?
