Anyone using Mark's Primal Fuel mix?

    Primal Fuel
Since it's supposedly pretty much the "right" ratio of everything, was thinking for springing for it. I can afford it but man... it's expensive.

Anyone using it, or had specific "results" or boosts from it?

I don't doubt it's excellent, but whoa, not on my budget!

Based on reading the ingredients, I could make my very own blend for cheap. And leave out the sucrose (unless you need a bit of carbs). I thought part of going primal was cutting out processed sugar? I also noticed there's maltodextrin, a common filler that can give some people a case of gas. Inulin is a type of fiber, so if you are getting enough fiber in regular food, you don't need it. Guar gum is just a thickener as well.

    Thanks Kristy,

Yes I definitely can get the ratios close to that on my own, but I'm talking about ultimate convenience every once in a while.

well, if you want convenience, give it a swing and report back.

I wouldn't go for yet another frankenfood.

Eh, you could make your own stuff in mass quantities and store them in air-tight containers in a cool dry place. But really, you can get the same benefits from food.

I have zero interest in it, but kudos to Mark for getting people to buy it.
