Which is worse? Bread or bad oil?

    Primal Fuel
Random question I am just curious about, if I could either choose to eat a sandwich or a salad tossed in dressing made with soybean oil, what is the best choice? Maybe choose a sandwich on sourdough bread? I know to not eat either just curious. Thanks

I'd easily pick sourdough over the seed based oils.

Soy is about the most toxic "food plant" on the planet:

    Soy Toxins

And industrial seed oils are rancid before they even leave the factory anyway.

I'd take my chances with the bread unless I knew I was gluten-intolerant.

Both wheat and soy should be fermented before consumption. And, the fermentation process can take some time.

I'm not a big salad guy, but if I am out and I ordered a steak or something and it comes with a side salad; I'll ask for it dry. If I really needed to eat and my only choice was a sandwich I'd eat the contents (assuming I could find anything relatively primal inside the sandwich) and leave bread.

That's kind of like choosing between getting burned or cut! It's a hard call. I'd have to skip since I've learned that both soy and wheat have serious consequences for me. I'd rather skip a day of eating entirely.
