If you put pregnant/pregnancy into the search box you should be able to find some good info. I can't help you personally - my time of having babies is long over![]()

I haven't found specific guidelines. It would be awesome to have a pregnancy section of the forums.

Many organs are made from fat....take that for what it's worth...
This is a hard question to answer. Id assume eating at a 1g ratio, even a 1.5g ratio, would be ideal, as you are eating for two. It's also going to be harder to determine your lean body mass on your own, so best to consult a doc and see if they can determine your new lean body mass and go from there.
I haven't changed my ratios - most days are around 65% fat, 15% carbs, 20% protein. I'm getting about 1g protein per lb. Some people definitely need more carbs while pregnant, so don't feel bad if you need to add more carbs... just make them primal carbs![]()
Oh, and I love the idea of a pregnancy board too!
