Sweating like a sweat hog......need encouragement to stick with this.

What drives me is how good you feel after doing a bodyweight set. I always feel better after a set and a shower - that's what gets me going when I get home from work at night, or first thing in the morning on a weekend.
It gets better. Drink lots of water, or preferably fresh coconut water if you can swing it. I know it's hard to believe right now, but pretty soon you'll feel yucky if you miss your workouts.
