Hard time falling asleep
I have been going primal for about 2 months now. And I love it!
But, the last week I have had a really hard time falling asleep. I haven't had any issues with this before. An when I finally fall asleep, I wake up several times through out the night. So when it's time to get up, I'm TIRED.
The changes I made the last weeks is:
Hitting the gym 3 days a week (I did bodyweight training at home in the begining of PB)
Started taking Vitamin D (which should be good foor sleep?)
I should add that I go to the gym in the morning.
Oh, and it struck me now, could it be because of leptin?!
Any ideas on what it is, or how to get better sleep is much apricoated!
It's normal when you hit ketosis to not sleep as much. Up your carbs just a little bit (20 grams or so) and see if that helps.
