near 3 weeks in - needing less sleep?
is this normal?
i used to need 8-9 hours of sleep to feel rested at all
now my body is waking me up atleast an hour early, and ive been goin to bed an hour later!
is this normal, because im lovin it!
i experience the same thing and i have more energy than ever! My mood is better as well. I love it too!
