Last night's sleep -- ~8hrs (1:30am-9:30am)
Food -- BPC (24oz coffee, 4T KerryGold, 2T Coconut Oil) on the way out the door. "Breakfast" was and omelet with 5 pastured eggs, sausage, asparagus and spinach, but I at it at lunchtime, and the weirdest part was I got to a point where I COULD NOT eat anymore. There was probably only a bite or two left, but there was not anyway I could finish it.
Dinner was a bit of a cheat. Wife/kids wanted to go to a place called Smash Burger. It was pretty decent and we got the burgers w/o buns and drank water. Mine came with bacon, bbq sauce, onion straws, lettuce, and tomato. The bbq sauce probably had HFCS and there was no doubt breading on the onion straws. Also I had an order of sweet potato fries that were assuredly cooked in franken-oils.
Exercise -- Did 3.1 miles of walking throughout the day at work. Did 5.1 miles of running and 0.5 miles walking when I got home from work/dinner.
Sun -- Decent 30 minute exposure during my lunch time walk. There was some cloud cover
