    No, son's room definitely is not dark enough. I will work on remedying that asap. Also he stays up way too late at night during the summer and I know it messes with his body clock. Time to get back to school and onto a more reasonable schedule.
    Try aluminum foil on the outside of his window. Worked a treat for my boys.

    The muffins sound great! Will get some coconut flour and give it a go. That small an amount of maple syrup or honey isn't a problem. In fact, my view is that raw, local honey or occasional high quality maple syrup is beneficial.
