Good Morning everyone,
I am on day #2 of this new way of eating, and feeling pretty darn good. I had done Atkins a few years back and was succesful, but then got back to the carbs, and well you know.
Since I found this new way of eating, I cant seem to find enough to read about this. I want to say from all I've been reading, I am beginning to believe in many of the thoughts of PB.
I hope to continue leanring from everyone here, and reading everything on here.
