yes I enjoy a cup of Full Fat (10% milk fat) Plain Greek Yogurt every morning with some coconut, berries (black, blue, raspberries or strawberries), and nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans) all mixed in

yes I love green tea with Jasmine
Motivator for switching to Primal:
over the past decade I have yo yo'd from 375-300 3 times. The first time I was on the Protein Power Diet, the second time I was on the Atkins plan, and this time around I am going primal. I am finding the Primal Plan to be much more satisfying and more a lifestyle than a diet.
Favorite exercise: walking I walk 2-5 miles per day and love it

hard to find the right foods sometimes
