Here is my new favorite homemade vinaigrette recipe if anyone is interested:
Here is how I made it:
- 1/3 cup Raspberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk until combined and pour over your salad right before you serve. It was a perfect combination of sweet and sour – so fresh and delicious for summer! BTW: I stole this recipe from my blog post.
