    Sorry if this has already been posted. I just kept staring at the pictures in the article and wondering if a whole grain salad could truly be as unappetizing as it sounds. Some of the toppings look tasty though!

    Yep not found. I have tried bulgur salad and I agree, what the heck is the merit of this stuff unless you have been brainwashed to believe that it is good for you? You could cover that salad in bacon and lard and other dead animal matter. Bulgur ? More like vulgar. Pfft pfft pfftt.

    Substitute cauliflower rice for the grains, it works. I made a great cauliflower tabouli.

    That may be true, but cauliflower ain't a grain. Having said that, I eat plenty of white rice and wouldn't be averse to trying such a "salad" with rice in it. Though I'd definitely add meat. Eh...screw it, I'll just make a stir fry instead.
