Is there a reason you're going for canned instead of fresh? I stay under 30 g carbs most days and it's not hard. Just avoid fruit and starchy vegetables and you'll be fine. I eat lots of the leafy greens - romaine, kale, chard, even regular green leaf lettuce. It's pretty hard to overdo carbs when all you're eating are non-starchy veggies, meats, and fats.
