question about roasting old, sun exposed pumpkin seeds
Hi all,
apologies for a badly written thread last thing at night but i had this question:
Ive got a jar on my counter with old pumpkin seeds that have been bleached by sun shine and dont taste very good. Now I wondered is it safe to roast these aka will I not expose myself to fats I dont want to ingest?
Thanks in advance,
Skydiver.
