Got the numbers from the doc today.

Last year as a vegan: (May 1st 2010)
    Total 203
    HDL 41
    Triglycerides 222

This year after going primal in July 2010
    Total 258
    HDL 82
    Triglycerides 79

Risk of heart disease 2010 (vegan) = High (5.41)
Risk of heart disease 2011 (Primal) = ideal (0.96)

    Just bragging about my numbers.

I can hear the comments on those blogs now: "Obviously, you weren't doing Vegan right."

    Congrats on the results Karl.

Vegans don't eat meat but they eat everything else to include sugar and processed junk food.
