Not necessarily glycogen. It could be water weight just from the "stress" of weight training increasing cortisol resulting in water weight increase. I've been weight training for 10+years and I will still sometimes retain water after a very difficult weight training day. For me, it usually only lasts 1-2 days. But it's just water so nothing to worry about.
Did you read the link that Dragonfly posted? It's a good one.
I always gain a pound or two after a tough weight workout, but I will lose again. And yes, read the article.
