Here's a great one I did last weekend. It's basically paleo/primal -- just a touch of molasses, which is a better sweetener than most.

1 cup chicken broth
1/4 - 1/3 cup dijon or spicy mustard
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons molasses
A little fresh lemon juice
cayenne pepper to taste

Bring to boil and then let simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until thick.
