Hey fellow groks!
I am attempting still, to do the grok squat. I get down ok, but when I get to the bottom and try to "relax",get an immediate,excruciating pain when my legs squishes against my calf. I do not know what part of my leg needs some kind of training. hammy's,calf raises,stretches,roll ball on calf? all of the above ? I can squat if i stay on my toes. any suggestions what i can do?
